Year End 2019 - Market Analysis

Eagle County real estate ended 2019 with the highest total dollar volume since our peak in 2007, with $2,279,351,107 in total sales volume. December had just over $200M in dollar volume and 156 transactions. This brought the total number of transactions to 2,019 for 2019.
